Enquiry privacy notice.

When you request a quotation, Frost IX receives your name, email address, company, delivery country, selected products, quantities and any notes you provide. We use these details to respond to your request and discuss the products or services you have asked about.

How your enquiry is handled

Enquiries are stored in our website’s protected database and are available to the site owner. When email notifications are enabled, an email service also processes the enquiry to deliver it to our team. Please do not include payment card information or other sensitive documents in the form.

Your saved selection

Your browser stores your selected product references, quantities and variant notes so your draft selection remains available when you return on the same device. Your name, email, company and country are not stored in this browser draft. The website also uses a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit automated form abuse.
